How to Make Roasted Broccoli and Brussels Sprouts Grain Bowl with Nutritional Yeast Dressing

1. Preheat Oven and Prepare Vegetables

Preheat your oven to 450 degrees. Toss broccoli, cauliflower, and brussels sprouts with half a cup of olive oil, salt, and black pepper until each piece is well coated. Arrange the vegetables in a single layer on the preheated baking sheets and roast for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and tender.

2. Prepare the Nutritional Yeast Dressing
