How to Make Hearty Morning Sausage & Cheese Breakfast Biscuits

1. Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

2. Mix Cream Cheese and Eggs

In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the softened cream cheese and room temperature eggs together until the mixture is smooth.

3. Add Dry Ingredients

Add the coconut flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder to the bowl. Beat these dry ingredients into the mixture until everything is well combined.

4. Stir in Meats and Cheese

Stir in the cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage, chopped Canadian bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese until they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.

5. Form Biscuits

Spoon the mixture onto your prepared baking sheet, forming it into 8 mounds. Press each mound down gently to about 1-inch thickness.

6. Bake Biscuits

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake the biscuits for 20 to 25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and firm to the touch.

7. Cool Biscuits

Once baked, let the biscuits cool on the pan for about 15 minutes.
