How to Make Sheet Pan White Pizza with Smoked Mozzarella-Stuffed Crust, Leeks, and Mushrooms

    1. Prepare and Oil Pan

Preheat your oven to 475°F (240°C) with one rack near the top and another in the middle. Coat a sheet pan with 1½ tablespoons of olive oil.

    2. Prepare Dough and Mozzarella-Stuffed Crust

Press the pizza dough onto the oiled sheet pan. Cut smoked mozzarella into pieces and place them along the edges of the dough. Fold the dough over the cheese and press to seal.

    3. Add Toppings

Brush the dough with 1½ tablespoons of olive oil. Add sliced garlic, dollops of ricotta, torn fresh mozzarella, and remaining smoked mozzarella. Sprinkle with chopped rosemary, leeks, mushrooms, and Parmesan cheese.

    4. Bake Pizza

Bake on the top oven rack for about 15 minutes. If needed, move to the middle rack and continue to bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden.

    5. Garnish and Serve

Remove from oven, cool slightly, and garnish with fresh rosemary leaves and more Parmesan cheese before serving.
