1. Combine Base Ingredients
In a medium-sized saucepan, combine the cider vinegar, brewed coffee, molasses, and dark brown sugar. Heat over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture starts to boil and slightly reduces.
2. Add Flavorings and Seasonings
Whisk in the minced garlic, ketchup, Dijon mustard, tomato paste, sea salt, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, and freshly ground black pepper until well combined and smooth.
