1. Prepare Lemon-Chive Dipping Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, minced chives, lemon zest, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder. Once everything is well combined, cover the bowl and put it in the refrigerator.
2. Prepare Brussels Sprouts
Take your trimmed and halved Brussels sprouts and add them to a large mixing bowl. Toss in the thinly sliced shallots as well. Drizzle the olive oil over the top, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss everything together until the Brussels sprouts and shallots are evenly coated.
3. Air Fry Brussels Sprouts
Transfer the Brussels sprouts mixture into the air-fryer basket, spreading them out in a single layer to ensure even cooking. Set your air fryer to 350 degrees and cook for 20-25 minutes until well browned and crispy on the edges.
4. Season and Serve
Once the Brussels sprouts are cooked to perfection, take them out of the air fryer and give them a quick season with a bit more salt and pepper to taste. Serve them hot with lemon wedges on the side and the Lemon-Chive Dipping Sauce.
