How to Make Crisp Cucumber-Tomato Cumin Relish

1. Prepare the Vegetables

Peel and dice the cucumber into ¼-inch cubes. Dice the tomato to match the cucumber's size.

2. Mix Ingredients

In a serving bowl, combine the diced cucumber and tomato with the salt, freshly ground black pepper, roasted ground cumin seeds, lemon juice, and minced Chinese parsley. Add the optional cayenne pepper if desired. Mix thoroughly.
