How to Make Citrus-Sesame Spinach Salad with Shaved Carrot Ribbons

1. Prepare Salad Base

Gather a large bowl and place the baby spinach, shaved carrot ribbons, orange segments, and thinly sliced scallions into it.

2. Make Vinaigrette
