How to Make Mediterranean Feta Infused Beef & Lamb Burgers

1. Prepare the aromatic base

Begin by mixing the fresh mint leaves, thinly sliced scallion, and Dijon mustard in a large bowl. Season the mixture with pink salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. This will form the aromatic base of your patties.

2. Combine meats and form patties

Next, add the ground beef and lamb mixture to the bowl. Use your hands to thoroughly combine the meat with the herb and mustard blend, ensuring an even distribution of flavors. Once mixed, form the meat into four equal-sized patties.
