How to Make Kimchi Cheese Dip

    1. Combine Ingredients

In a food processor, combine the grated Cheddar cheese, room-temperature cream cheese, chopped kimchi, gochujang, and sea salt. Pulse until the mixture is well combined but still has some texture.

    2. Warm the Dip

Transfer the dip mixture to a skillet or an oven-safe dish. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and warm the dip for about 15 to 20 minutes, until the edges start to bubble and the cheese is melted.

    3. Garnish and Serve

Remove the dip from the oven and sprinkle the thinly sliced scallions on top. Serve warm with your choice of dippers.
