1. Prepare Pork Patties
Preheat your oven to 375°F. Combine the ground pork with the garlic powder and onion powder in a medium bowl. Mix well and shape the mixture into two patties.
2. Cook Pork Patties
Heat a medium skillet over medium-high heat and melt 1 tablespoon of ghee. Add the pork patties and cook them for about 2 minutes on each side, until browned. Transfer the patties to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until fully cooked.
3. Prepare Eggs
While the patties are in the oven, melt the remaining tablespoon of ghee in the same skillet over medium-high heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook undisturbed for about 3 minutes for sunny-side-up eggs.
4. Mash Avocado
Mash the avocado until smooth and season with a pinch of pink salt and freshly ground black pepper.
5. Assemble Breakfast Platter
Remove the cooked sausage patties from the oven and place them on two warmed plates. Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the patties, then top each with a sunny-side-up egg. Serve hot.
