How to Make Smoked Trout with Mustard and Apples

1. Marinate Mustard Seeds

Combine the mustard seeds with apple cider vinegar and a tablespoon of water in a small bowl. Let this mixture sit for 20 minutes to marinate the seeds.

2. Prepare Salad
