    How to Make Heavenly Orbs of Belgian Goodness

    1. Prepare and Roast the Brussels Sprouts

    Preheat your oven to 425°F. Prepare the Brussels sprouts by trimming their stems and slicing each one in half. Place the sprouts in a bowl, coat them generously with olive oil, and sprinkle with kosher salt.
