How to Make Heavenly Orbs of Belgian Goodness

1. Prepare and Roast the Brussels Sprouts

Preheat your oven to 425°F. Prepare the Brussels sprouts by trimming their stems and slicing each one in half. Place the sprouts in a bowl, coat them generously with olive oil, and sprinkle with kosher salt. Spread them out, cut-side down, on a half-sheet pan and roast them for 20 to 25 minutes, until lightly browned and tender.

2. Season and Serve

After roasting, transfer the Brussels sprouts back into the bowl. Drizzle with sesame oil and fish sauce, add red pepper flakes, and toss to coat evenly. Sprinkle with chopped roasted peanuts before serving.
