    How to Make Golden Thyme-Roasted Cauliflower with Sauce Vierge

    1. Preheat Oven

    Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C/gas 7).

    2. Prepare Cauliflower

    Place the cauliflower florets in a large bowl. Drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil, sprinkle with fresh thyme, kosher salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
