How to Make Spicy Tomato Jam

    1. Combine Ingredients

In a medium saucepan, combine the tomatoes, sugar, lime juice, ginger, cumin, cinnamon, cloves, salt, and jalapeño. Place the pan over medium heat and stir often until the mixture comes to a gentle boil.

    2. Simmer the Jam

Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking and ensure even texture. The jam will thicken and take on a shiny gloss.

    3. Cool and Jar

Once the jam has reached the desired consistency, remove the saucepan from the heat and let the jam cool. Transfer the jam to a pint jar.
