How to Make Steak Tacos with Radish and Pickled Onion

    1. Season and Sear Steak

Generously season the steak with sea salt and cook in a large skillet or on a grill for about 5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness is reached.

    2. Rest Steak with Lime

Let the steak rest on a cutting board for 10 to 15 minutes. Zest one lime over the resting meat and squeeze the juice of half a lime onto it.

    3. Slice Steak and Add Lime Juice

Slice the steak thinly against the grain and drizzle the juice of the remaining half lime over the slices.

    4. Warm Tortillas

Warm the tortillas in the oven or directly over a gas flame until they're pliable and slightly charred.

    5. Assemble Tacos

Layer the sliced steak, radish slices, and grilled pickled red onions onto the warm tortillas, and sprinkle with crumbled Cotija cheese.

    6. Serve with Garnishes

Serve the tacos with lime wedges on the side, and offer chopped avocado and fresh cilantro as optional garnishes.
