How to Make Sesame-Infused Spinach and Tofu Stir-Fry

    1. Sauté Tofu

Heat the canola oil in a large nonstick skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add diced tofu and stir-fry until lightly golden, which should take about 3-5 minutes.

    2. Add Aromatics

Introduce minced garlic, grated ginger, and red chili flakes to the pan. Continually stir and cook until it becomes aromatic, approximately 1 minute.

    3. Wilt Spinach

Pour in a dash of soy sauce for initial flavoring. Add the spinach, stirring continuously until it wilts, roughly 1 minute.

    4. Season and Serve

Mix in the toasted sesame seeds. Season further with soy sauce according to taste. Take off the heat.
