How to Make Seafood Salad Tacos

1. Cook the Seafood

Cook the shrimp or white fish until just done, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and drizzle with lime juice to infuse with flavor.

2. Prepare the Fresh Ingredients

Chop the white onion, slice the radishes, finely chop the habanero or jalapeño chile, dice the tomatoes, and chop the cilantro.

3. Combine and Toss

Place the cooked seafood in a medium bowl, add the chopped onion, sliced radishes, diced tomatoes, chopped chile, and cilantro. Pour in the remaining lime juice and toss everything together gently.

4. Warm the Tortillas

Warm up the corn tortillas on a skillet or directly over a flame until they're soft and pliable.

5. Assemble the Tacos

Spoon the seafood salad mixture onto each warmed tortilla. Serve immediately.
