How to Make Gourmet Tuna Melt Delight

    1. Tuna Mixture Prep

In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, finely chopped celery, minced red onion, Dijon mustard, fresh lemon juice, chopped capers, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Mix until well blended.

    2. Bread Prep

Butter one side of each sourdough bread slice.

    3. Build Sandwich

Lay 4 slices of bread, buttered side down, on a clean work surface. Spread the tuna mixture evenly among the bread slices. Top each with 2 slices of cheddar cheese, then cover with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side up.

    4. Grilling

Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Grill sandwiches until golden brown on one side, about 3-4 minutes. Flip carefully and continue grilling until the cheese is melted and the second side is golden brown, another 3-4 minutes.

    5. Presentation

Cut the sandwiches in half, if desired, and garnish with a generous amount of microgreens. Serve immediately.
