1. Finely Chop Garlic and Chiles
Drop the peeled garlic clove into a running food processor to finely chop it, then add the chile pieces one at a time to evenly chop them.
2. Add First Tomato
With the garlic and chiles chopped, add one quartered tomato to the food processor to create a juicy base.
3. Add Remaining Ingredients
Add the cilantro, green onion, lime juice, and a generous pinch of salt to the processor.
4. Add Second Tomato and Pulse
Add the second quartered tomato to the processor and pulse to achieve a chunky texture. Taste and adjust salt if necessary.
