How to Make Chunky Fresh Tomato Salsa

    1. Finely Chop Garlic and Chiles

Drop the peeled garlic clove into a running food processor to finely chop it, then add the chile pieces one at a time to evenly chop them.

    2. Add First Tomato

With the garlic and chiles chopped, add one quartered tomato to the food processor to create a juicy base.

    3. Add Remaining Ingredients

Add the cilantro, green onion, lime juice, and a generous pinch of salt to the processor.

    4. Add Second Tomato and Pulse

Add the second quartered tomato to the processor and pulse to achieve a chunky texture. Taste and adjust salt if necessary.
