How to Make Crisp Celery & Date Salad with Toasted Almonds and Parmesan Shavings

1. Prepare the Celery

Prepare the celery by slicing it on an angle into ¼-inch-thick pieces, and place these slices into a bowl of ice water for about 20 minutes.

2. Drain and Dry Celery
