How to Make Tangy Lemon-Cumin Potato Bites

1. Prepare Potatoes

Boil the 7 medium-sized potatoes and cool them for at least 2 hours. This cooling time is crucial as it firms up the potatoes, making them easier to handle and preventing them from becoming mushy when mixed with the seasonings.

2. Peel and Dice Potatoes

Peel the boiled and cooled potatoes. Dice them into bite-sized pieces.

3. Mix Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes with 1.5 teaspoons of salt, 2 to 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 teaspoons of ground roasted cumin, 0.25 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper, and 0.25 to 0.5 teaspoon of cayenne pepper.
