Parbaked Pizza Crust

1. Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to the broil setting.
2. Prepare Pizza Crust
Place your parbaked pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
3. Spread Tomato Sauce
Spread ¼ cup of Pomì strained tomatoes over the crust, leaving a ½-inch border around the edges.
4. Drizzle Olive Oil
Drizzle 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil evenly over the tomato sauce.
5. Add Anchovies
Arrange the 3 anchovy fillets that you have cut into 3 pieces each evenly over the pizza.
6. Add Capers
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of salt-packed capers that have been rinsed and soaked overnight over the pizza.
7. Add Chiles
Scatter 1 tablespoon of thinly sliced red finger chile or serrano chile over the pizza.
8. Add Mozzarella
Evenly scatter ½ cup of shredded fresh mozzarella over the top.
9. Broil Pizza
Place the pizza in the oven and broil until the cheese is melted and bubbly, watching closely to prevent burning.
10. Cool and Serve
Allow the pizza to cool for a minute or two before cutting it into 6 slices. Serve immediately.
