1. Rest Dough
Let your pizza dough balls rest for about an hour under plastic wrap to relax the dough, making it easier to work with.
2. Preheat Oven
Begin preheating your oven to 500°F with a baking stone inside to prepare for baking the pizza.
3. Prepare Dough
Gently flatten each dough ball into a 10-inch round on a floured peel or inverted baking sheet, then let rest for another 15 minutes.
4. Add Toppings
Brush olive oil over the surface of the dough, then add your chosen toppings including garlic, fresh tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, onions, herbs, anchovies, greens, and sausage.
5. Bake Pizza
