How to Make Sesame-Ginger Noodle Delight

    1. Boil Noodles

Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Add the noodles and cook them according to the package instructions, about 6-8 minutes or until al dente.

    2. Prepare Sauce

While the noodles cook, prepare your sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, fresh ginger, garlic, and honey until well combined.

    3. Drain Noodles

When the noodles are done, drain them and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process and to keep them from sticking together. Set them aside.

    4. Cook Veggies

In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, add a drizzle of sesame oil. Once hot, toss in the bell peppers and carrots, stirring frequently for about 3-4 minutes until the veggies are bright and crunchy.

    5. Combine Ingredients

Add the noodles to the skillet, followed by the sauce. Stir everything together, making sure the noodles are evenly coated with the sauce. Let them cook for another 2 minutes.

    6. Garnish and Serve

Sprinkle the chopped green onions over the top and give it one last stir. Serve hot and enjoy.
