How to Make Zesty Mediterranean Tuna and Veggie Salad

1. Dressing Creation

In a large bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and ½ teaspoon of pepper. Continue whisking and slowly drizzle in the olive oil to emulsify the mixture.
