    How to Make Greek Salad

    1. Prepare the Dressing

In a bowl, whisk together the red wine vinegar, grated garlic, dried oregano, kosher salt, and black pepper until well combined.

    2. Emulsify with Olive Oil

Slowly pour in the olive oil while continuing to whisk until the dressing is cohesive and slightly thickened.

    3. Assemble the Salad

Arrange the tomatoes, English cucumber, and green bell pepper in a large shallow serving bowl.

    4. Add Olives, Capers, and Onion

Scatter the Kalamata olives, capers, and thinly sliced yellow onion over the vegetables.

    5. Dress the Salad

Drizzle half of the prepared dressing over the vegetables.

    6. Add Feta and Finish

Place the thickly sliced feta cheese atop the salad and drizzle the remaining dressing over the feta.
