1. Prepare the Meatball Mixture
In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef with finely chopped garlic, parsley, cayenne, and a pinch of flaky sea salt. Mix these ingredients until they are well combined.
2. Add Milk and Bread Crumbs
Add the milk and bread crumbs to the beef mixture. Mix everything together with your hands until fully incorporated. Shape into small meatballs, about the size of a walnut.
3. Cook the Meatballs
Heat the olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook for about 12 minutes, turning occasionally. Once cooked, drain on paper towels and cut each meatball in half.
4. Prepare the Pizza Crust
Spread a thin layer of strained tomatoes over the pizza crust. Scatter the grated mozzarella over the sauce, then arrange the halved meatballs on top.
5. Broil the Pizza
Place the pizza under the broiler and cook until the cheese melts and turns golden brown. Remove from the broiler, let cool slightly, cut into slices, and serve.
