How to Make Golden Almond Keto Loaf

1. Preheat the Oven

First, preheat your oven to 390°F to ensure it's hot and ready when your batter is mixed. Take a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan and generously coat it with 1 tablespoon of butter.

2. Prepare the Batter

In a large bowl, combine the lightly beaten eggs, almond flour, the remaining 4 tablespoons of butter, baking powder, MCT oil powder if you're using it, and a pinch of pink salt. Use a hand mixer to blend these ingredients thoroughly.

3. Bake the Loaf

Once your batter is well mixed, pour it into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly. Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes. To check if the loaf is done, insert a toothpick into the center; it should come out clean. The top of the loaf should be a beautiful golden brown.

4. Cool and Serve
