1. Prepare Oven and Baking Sheet
Preheat your oven and prepare a baking sheet with foil.
2. Make Herby Bread Crumb Mixture
In a small bowl, combine the melted unsalted butter, finely grated garlic, chopped fresh thyme, and parsley. Stir in the fresh bread crumbs until well-coated.
3. Season and Prepare Trout
