How to Make Baked Fish with Lime Sauce

1. Preheat Oven and Prepare Baking Dish

Preheat your oven to 425°F and oil a large ceramic or glass baking dish with canola oil.

2. Season and Bake Fish

Place the sea bass fillets in the prepared baking dish. Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, and bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

3. Prepare Lime Sauce

In a small bowl, whisk together fresh lime juice, Asian fish sauce, minced fresh cilantro, minced serrano chile, and sugar until the sugar dissolves.

4. Serve with Lime Sauce

Serve the baked sea bass fillets on plates with steamed rice and generously drizzle the lime sauce over the fish.
