How to Make Creamy Cannoli Dessert Dip

1. Prep the Base

In a large mixing bowl, use a wooden spoon or a rubber spatula to gently stir together the ricotta cheese and mascarpone cheese until well combined. Ensure any larger pieces of mascarpone are fully broken down and smoothed into the mixture by pressing them against the side of the bowl.

2. Sweeten and Flavor

Add the confectioners' sugar, vanilla extract, and table salt to the cheese mixture. Continue to stir until the ingredients are evenly incorporated and the dip is smooth.

3. Chill and Serve

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and place it in the refrigerator. Let the dip chill thoroughly for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together and the dip to set slightly.
