How to Make Refreshing Cilantro & Mint Yogurt Chutney

    1. Combine Ingredients in Food Processor

Gather all your ingredients and place them in a food processor. This includes the fresh cilantro and mint leaves, plain whole-milk yogurt, finely chopped onion, lime juice, sugar, ground cumin, and salt.

    2. Process Until Smooth

Process the mixture until it becomes a smooth, vibrant green paste. This should take about 20 seconds. Pause halfway through to scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula to ensure that all ingredients are fully incorporated.

    3. Transfer and Store

After the mixture is smooth and well-blended, transfer the chutney to a suitable container. If you are not planning to serve it immediately, you can refrigerate it for up to 3 days.
