    How to Make Berry Bliss Cheesecake Mousse

    1. Prepare Cream Cheese Mixture

    Start by breaking up the cream cheese block into smaller pieces and placing them in a food processor or blender. Add the heavy cream, sweetener, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Blend the mixture on high until it becomes smooth and creamy, ensuring the ingredients are well combined.

    2. Scrape Down Sides

    During the blending process, stop twice to stir and scrape down the sides with a small rubber scraper. This will ensure that all the ingredients are fully incorporated and you don’t have any lumps of cream cheese.

    3. Add Strawberries

    Next, add the sliced strawberries to the mixture. Blend again until the strawberries are fully combined with the cream cheese mixture. The strawberries should be evenly distributed throughout the mousse, giving it a lovely pink color and a fresh berry taste.

    4. Chill Mousse

    Once the mixture is well-blended, divide it evenly between two small dishes. Place the dishes in the refrigerator and let them chill for at least one hour. This chilling time allows the mousse to set and develop its flavors.
