1. Prepare and Preheat
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Prepare the Tuscan kale, mustard greens, and radicchio by removing tough ribs and cores, then cutting or tearing into bite-sized pieces. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.
2. Combine Cream Mixture
In a small bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream with sea salt, nutmeg, black pepper, and minced garlic cloves.
3. Assemble Gratin
In a 13 x 9-inch (33 x 23 cm) baking dish, spread the prepared greens evenly. Pour the cream mixture over the greens, then sprinkle with grated Comté cheese and finely grated Parmesan cheese.
