How to Make Winter Greens Gratin

1. Prepare and Preheat

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Prepare the Tuscan kale, mustard greens, and radicchio by removing tough ribs and cores, then cutting or tearing into bite-sized pieces. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.

2. Combine Cream Mixture

In a small bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream with sea salt, nutmeg, black pepper, and minced garlic cloves.

3. Assemble Gratin

In a 13 x 9-inch (33 x 23 cm) baking dish, spread the prepared greens evenly. Pour the cream mixture over the greens, then sprinkle with grated Comté cheese and finely grated Parmesan cheese.

4. Bake

Place the dish in the oven and bake for 45-50 minutes until the cream has reduced and the cheese is golden brown.
