How to Make Winter Greens Gratin

    1. Preheat Oven and Prep Greens

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Remove the tough ribs and cores from the Tuscan kale, mustard greens, and radicchio. Tear or cut the leaves into manageable pieces, wash, and lightly dry them. Place the greens into a 13 x 9-inch (33 x 23 cm) baking dish.

    2. Mix Creamy Mixture

In a small bowl, mix together the heavy whipping cream, sea salt, nutmeg, black pepper, and minced garlic. Pour this mixture over the greens in the baking dish, ensuring it evenly coats the leaves.

    3. Add Cheese and Bake

Sprinkle the grated Comté cheese and finely grated Parmesan cheese over the creamy greens. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 45 to 50 minutes, until the cream thickens and the cheese turns golden brown.

    4. Serve Warm

Serve the Winter Greens Gratin warm, enjoying the hearty flavors and satisfying textures.
