How to Make 7Up Cake

1. Cream Butter, Oil, and Sugar

In a stand mixer, cream together the unsalted butter, vegetable oil, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

2. Add Eggs

Add the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated into the mixture before adding the next.

3. Mix in Extracts

Stir in the lemon extract, vanilla extract, and almond extract into the batter.

4. Alternate Adding 7Up and Flour

Alternate adding the 7Up and the all-purpose flour to the batter, blending after each addition until smooth.

5. Prepare and Fill Bundt Pan

Prepare a 10-inch Bundt pan with butter and gently pour in the batter, smoothing the top with a spatula.

6. Bake the Cake

Bake in the preheated oven at 350°F for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes or until golden and firm.

7. Cool and Invert Cake

Allow the cake to cool in the Bundt pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving platter and let it reach room temperature.
