How to Make Green Cabbage with Caraway, Honey & Chickpeas

1. Prepare the Dressing

In a large bowl, combine the white vinegar, olive oil, honey, caraway seeds, and salt. Add the thinly sliced onion to this mixture. Stir well, ensuring the onion is thoroughly coated.

2. Massage the Cabbage

Using your hands, gently massage the finely chopped green cabbage in a separate bowl. This technique helps to soften the cabbage.

3. Combine Ingredients

Once the cabbage is ready, add it to the bowl containing the onion mixture. Toss in the chopped cilantro and the drained chickpeas. Stir everything together until all the ingredients are evenly mixed and coated in the dressing.

4. Finish with Sumac
