1. Prepare Zesty Pickles Mixture
In a small bowl, combine the sliced bread and butter pickles, pickle brine, minced garlic, fresh ginger, chili sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to mix.
2. Roast Broccoli
Preheat your oven. In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets and sliced stalks with olive oil and kosher salt. Spread them out on a half sheet pan and roast in the oven for 15 minutes, toss, and continue roasting for another 15 minutes until evenly browned and crisp.
