How to Make Banana Chia Pudding

1. Blend Ingredients

Blend the almond milk, bananas, maple syrup, ground cinnamon, vanilla, and salt in a blender until smooth and creamy.

2. Add Chia Seeds

Pour the banana mixture into a medium bowl and add the chia seeds. Stir thoroughly for about five minutes, let rest for ten minutes, then stir again.

3. Refrigerate
