How to Make Honeydew with Avocado and Almonds

    1. Toast the Almonds

In a skillet over medium heat, pour the olive oil and add the roughly chopped almonds. Stir frequently and remove them from the heat just before turning golden. Allow to cool.

    2. Prepare the Honeydew and Avocado

Slice the peeled and seeded honeydew melon into bite-sized pieces. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and slice into thin pieces. Arrange on a plate.

    3. Season the Salad

Drizzle lime juice over the fruit. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt, Aleppo pepper, and ground sumac.

    4. Add Toasted Almonds and Serve

Distribute the toasted almonds over the salad and drizzle with the infused olive oil. Serve immediately.
