How to Make Thai Iced Tea Semifreddo

    1. Toast Spices and Simmer Tea Syrup

Gently crack the cardamom pods to release their seeds. Toast these pods along with the star anise, cloves, and cinnamon stick over low heat for a few minutes until fragrant. Add water, granulated sugar, black tea bags, and orange peel. Simmer for 5 minutes, then cool to room temperature and strain.

    2. Whip Cream and Combine with Condensed Milk and Tea Syrup

Whip the heavy whipping cream and sea salt to medium peaks. Whisk in the sweetened condensed milk and cooled spiced tea syrup until smooth.

    3. Freeze Semifreddo

Pour the mixture into a loaf pan lined with plastic wrap. Cover and freeze for at least 3 hours or overnight until set.

    4. Serve with Mango and Sesame Seeds

Slice the semifreddo and serve with diced mangoes and a sprinkle of black sesame seeds.
