How to Make Quinoa-Pork Larb

1. Cook Quinoa

Bring a medium saucepan of salted water to a boil. Add the rinsed quinoa and boil for about 10 minutes until tender. Drain and let steam for 10 minutes.

2. Brown Ground Pork

Heat canola oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground pork, season with salt and black pepper, and cook until browned, about 7 minutes.

3. Prepare Dressing

In a large bowl, whisk together lime juice, fish sauce, minced shallot, sriracha, brown sugar, and grated garlic.

4. Combine and Mix

Combine the cooked quinoa and browned pork with the dressing. Fold in chopped cilantro and mint.

5. Serve in Lettuce Cups

Serve the quinoa-pork larb in lettuce cups, garnish as desired, and enjoy.
