    How to Make Miso-Ginger Dressing

    1. Combine Ingredients

In the food processor, combine peanut oil, rice vinegar, white miso, dark sesame oil, carrots, and ginger. Pulse a few times to start breaking down the carrots and ginger, and to begin mixing the ingredients together.

    2. Process to Desired Consistency

Continue processing the mixture for about a minute until the dressing reaches a chunky-smooth consistency, where the flavors of the carrots and ginger are finely infused throughout.

    3. Season the Dressing

Season the dressing with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning as necessary after tasting.
