How to Make Spicy Crushed Olives with Pistachios

1. Prepare Orange Zest

Carefully slice off four strips of orange zest using a vegetable peeler, then slice these strips into thin matchstick-like pieces on a cutting board.

2. Chop Pistachios and Mix With Spices

Finely chop the pistachios on a cutting board and gather them into a medium bowl. Add the sliced orange zest, red-pepper flakes, and freshly chopped rosemary to the bowl. Pour in the olive oil and stir the mixture until well combined.
