How to Make Radish Toast with Olive Butter

    1. Create Olive Butter

Place the black olives and one peeled garlic clove into a food processor. Pulse them together until they are finely minced. Add the room-temperature unsalted butter to the minced olives and garlic. Blend until uniform.

    2. Toast Bread

Heat a griddle or large skillet over medium heat with the olive oil. Toast the slices of bread until golden and crisp, about 2 minutes per side. Rub the remaining garlic clove over the surface of each slice of toasted bread.

    3. Assemble Radish Toasts

Generously spread the olive butter over each slice of toasted bread. Arrange the thinly sliced radishes on top and finish with a sprinkle of flake salt.
