How to Make Marinated Olives and Toasted Nuts

    1. Toast the Nuts

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the mixed nuts evenly on a baking sheet. Toast them for about 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown and fragrant. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly.

    2. Prepare the Olive Mixture

In a bowl, combine the mixed olives with olive oil, lemon zest, dried thyme, and dried rosemary. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    3. Combine Nuts and Olives

Gently combine the toasted nuts with the marinated olives in the bowl. Mix to ensure the flavors are well blended. Serve the dish as a snack.
