How to Make Herbed Tortilla Crisps

1. Preheat Grill and Prepare Tortillas

Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface and lightly coat each tortilla with extra-virgin olive oil.

2. Season Tortillas

Sprinkle the oiled tortillas evenly with paprika, dried oregano, dried thyme, kosher salt, and freshly ground black pepper.

3. Grill Tortillas

Place the seasoned tortillas onto the hot grill. Grill for about a minute on one side, turning once or twice until lightly browned and crisp.

4. Cool and Break Into Crisps

After grilling, let the tortillas cool. Once cool, break them into shards. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container at room temperature overnight.
