1. Sauté Onions
Heat 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil in a heavy pan over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook for about 7 minutes until soft and translucent.
2. Cook Artichokes
Add the prepared artichokes to the pan with the remaining 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil and sauté for about 10 minutes, until tender and lightly browned.
3. Add Garlic and Herbs
Mix in the cooked onions, chopped garlic, fresh herbs, salt, and fresh-ground black pepper to the pan with artichokes. Cook for about 2 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
