    How to Make Pan-Fried Asparagus with Lemon Zest

    1. Cook the Asparagus

    Heat a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat and add the extra-virgin olive oil. Once the oil shimmers, add the trimmed asparagus and season with fine sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
