How to Make Creamy Roasted Tomato Bliss Sauce

    1. Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    2. Roast Tomatoes and Garlic

Place the tomatoes and unpeeled garlic cloves on a baking sheet, and drizzle them with olive oil. Ensure the tomatoes and garlic are evenly coated. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the tomatoes are slightly charred and the garlic is soft.

    3. Blend Ingredients

Once the tomatoes and garlic are roasted, let them cool slightly. Peel the garlic cloves and transfer both the tomatoes and garlic to a blender or food processor. Add the olive oil, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.

    4. Simmer Sauce

Pour the blended mixture into a saucepan over medium heat. Bring the sauce to a gentle simmer and let it cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    5. Add Fresh Basil

In the last minute of simmering, stir in the fresh basil leaves. The heat will release their aromatic oils, adding a burst of freshness to your sauce.
